A five-year settlement between Haji Iskandar Khan Yavar and Haji Isma‘il (on behalf of his wife and ‘Azimat Khanum), Muhammad Sultan (on behalf of his wife), Sultan Baygum Khanum (as the guardian of Mirza Abu Turab Khan), and Fatimah Khanum (Karbalayi Muhammad ‘Ali's wife), regarding the proceeds of some properties in Varaqah village of Hashtrud district. The tenants are not responsible for payment of state taxes.

Probably from Muntasir Lashkar to ‘Amid Lashkar; about: receiving the addressee's letter via Sitvat al-Saltanah, the wages of Muhammad ‘Ali and ‘Ali Akbar Rahim, Sitvat al-Saltanah's debt to Nizam al-‘Ulama’, the soldiers' stipends, the Mukri accounts, Shahzadah Dara's money, Mirza Abu Turab Khan's reading the Gulistan and his request for a watch and a khal'at [ceremonial robe] for his tutor, Asad Allah Khan Yavar's departure, Chahar Uymaq's accounts and taxes, and the increasing cost of living. Mashhadiyah Sultan Khanum has received six tumans and given it to Karbalayi Muhammad Khan Sultan. There is a receipt for the payment of five tumans by ‘Amid Lashkar for Muhammad Khan's stipend on the margin. He has sent this money to Muhammad Khan's children via Bayram the village chief of Varaqah .
